Adam studied Marketing Management (BA Hons) before working in several Marketing Management positions after graduating. He then founded his first business in 2007 and has never looked back.
Adam is a seasoned marketer, online marketing evangelist and experienced entrepreneur in the ‘tech’ arena. He is also the Co-Founder of Astonish Email, which successfully launched a product into the franchise market, which is now used by 1000’s of businesses worldwide, giving him a wealth of experience in the sector.
Andy has been been working with exciting brands since leaving university and has learned a lot over the years about what it takes to grow a business from start up to serious national player - in some cases international.
Since 2010 however, he has jumped into the franchise industry with both feet! Franchises start off the same way as any company does; small, with no money and a person with a big idea and a serious work ethic and Andy loves nothing more than working with people like that. Andy is passionate about franchising as a business format that allows a successful, proven business to grow.
Carl Reader is chairman at multi-award winning franchise accounting firm d&t and author of The Franchising Handbook. He has previously served as Affiliate Chair and Board Member at the British Franchise Association. Carl has spoken to global franchising audiences about best practice in franchising, and has worked with countless household name brands. He has been recognised as one of the '20 faces of franchising' by What Franchise magazine, is a judge of many industry awards, and regularly contributes to the trade press.
Catherine became CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. in 2009, bringing over 25 years of franchising and management experience. In 2009, she received the International Franchise Association (IFA) Bonny LeVine Award in recognition of her contributions to the growth of the franchising industry and in 2010, the Dallas Business Journal named her a top Women Industry Leader in the Dallas Metroplex.
In 2012, Catherine appeared on the Emmy Award-winning series Undercover Boss to learn new ways to advance the FASTSIGNS® brand. In 2013, she was named an “Innovator and Influencer” by Sign and Digital Graphics Magazine. In 2015, she received the IFA’s first Franchise Action Network “FAN of the Year” award for her advocacy work on behalf of the franchising community. In 2016, she was selected as a Soderstrom Society Inductee for her contributions to the printing and graphic communications industry and was also honored with the 2016 Leadership Award from the Women That Soar organization.
Under Monson’s leadership, FASTSIGNS International, Inc. received the 2016 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest recognition presented by the Department of Defense to employers for their exemplary support of National Guard and Reserve members.
Catherine has served on the Board of Directors of the IFA since 2008 and is currently Vice-Chair and will become Chairwoman in February 2020. She has spoken at every IFA event, sharing franchising best practices for over 20 years. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of Brain Balance, and on the Board of Directors of the franchisor Big Blue Swim School.
She is a keynote speaker at many franchise industry events, as well as at many sign and visual graphics industry events. She has keynoted the conventions for the International Franchise Association, The Brazil Franchise Association, The Canadian Franchise Association, The Franchise Association of New Zealand, and the Franchise Council of Australia.

Kieran James is a husband, father of two, amateur athlete, relentless reader and has a passion for education; particularly financial. Coconut Creative's very own Laura Budd studied performing arts at college training in acting, singing and dance, she later received a degree in English Literature from the University of Winchester. Laura has been performing since she was 7 years old. She has performed with Kerry Ellis (Cats, Wicked, Rent, We Will Rock You), in her backing choir, as part of her UK tour and has taken part in musical theatre workshops at Pineapple Dance Studios and various showcases in London.
In October 2019 she performed in the Basingstoke Variety Show and is part of cabaret performance group. She has played Pilar in Andover Musical Theatre Company’s productions of Legally Blonde, The Mistress in Evita and has recently been cast as Julia inThe Wedding Singer and been in the ensemble for The Pyjama Game.
Mark studied Film and Cinema Technologies (BA Hons), then founded Red Book Productions in 2011.
Mark has worked with hundreds of different businesses to help them create video content and establish themselves in their market. He also founded Video Toolkit in 2016 to help smaller businesses create their own videos and learn how to measure the results that they can attain from video marketing.

Sean Goldsmith is a Special Advisor to Franchisors and large corporates and has a long history of success in the industry. He is currently heading up a mastermind of close on 300 franchise networks and is actively helping them solve the serious problems created by Covid19.
He is a mentor to franchisors, a coach and a Non-Exec who is currently offering Critical Strategic planning services to both the Franchise and Non Franchise Industry.

Theo Millward is a graduate of Lancaster University with a BBA in Management with experience in IT consultancy at IBM and Finance at Grant Thornton. In 2016 Theo purchased UK swim school, Swimtime.
Swimtime is a UK based franchised swim school operating from over 300 sites and teaching 20,000 children a week.
Since 2016, Swimtime has undergone an award-winning digital transformation, driven by the development of an in-house platform, Swimcloud. In 2019, this project won both the UK Digital Experience Awards as well as the International Customer Experience Awards. It was the only leisure organisation and the only SME in both events.
